Poor - ZERO customer service. My hair was done by Kate first and last time. Consulation took 2 minutes, I had pics from their website I specified no gold in my blond highlights..guess what I got GOLD. Funny how they try to then talk to you to try and make you see that your hair is Ash Blonde not gold. They don't even take the time to get to know their clients. I agree all they do is talk to each other and ignore their client. WAY to much money for a job I have a friend do.
Had my hair cut and partial highlights. Style was ok-ish, the highlights were completely orange by the time I got home. When I called to see what they would do to fix them I received a bunch of attitude
Excellent, I had my hair cut ,styled and highlights by Amanda on April 9,2015 and totally satisfied as she did exactly what I wanted both style and suggested a color and result was perfect. I relaxed with a cup of coffee and reading materials. Very comfortable and pampered and no time wasted. I will definitely go again. Kathleen

Poor customer service, poor finished product. Stylists are unprofessional, poorly put together, yack at each other the entire time they're working on you. Almost had my hair ripped out by the distracted, rough hands that washed my hair. Which turned out streaky and yellow.
I just recently had my Colour taken from dark brown to platinum blonde. It was a long process and knew from the consultation that it would be, however the end results where beautiful. Thank you Kait for the amazing results
My name is Debbie and am the owner of the Hair Lounge, I am sorry if I offended you and wish that you would have called or came in if you where upset with the way that your hair turned out. I'm sure we could get it exactly the way you want it with open lines of communication, often when you are correcting what others have done before it takes a few times to get the Colour just right, and when asking where it was done before means have you used box dye on your hair yourself, it just helps the stylist to know what we should do to proceed with the service. Please call the salon and let's see if this can be settled in another way other than a public forum.

Terrible. I brought in a picture of a hairstyle that I wanted. Instead the stylist cut my hair way shorter than the picture and shaved the sides of my head. It wasn't anything like the picture. My hair now has chunks that don't blend with the other layers and now I'm going to have to part my hair differently to hide the shaved sides until it can grow out enough to get someone to fix it. Completely ruined my hair just in time for my anniversary and Christmas.
Just about the worst place Ive gone to for a dye. Booked an appointment and it was the owner who did my hair. All she did was talk about her cottage, boat and pool.. wow. She bashed the previous dye job asking who did it.. saying shell have to fix the color. She made it worse. It was all uneven. She really has very basic technique. One of the senior ladies came in and she told them she was busy but they could go with any of the other girls there because shes trained them all! Oh dear! The girls there are very young. Its probably a good first time job for a stylist. Not impressed.

I have been going to The Hair Lounge once a friend recommended it shortly after they opened. I have never been disappointed! The ladies there are fabulous. Always friendly and professional.
Worst salon i have ever been to! My hair is now overprocessed and falling out in clumps thanks to these experts! And they refuse to refund or fix their mistake!
Unprofessional and uneducated staff
Extremely bad experience! for 1/2 head foil & haircut - paid $150. Haircut was so uneven, went back a week later for the owner to fix. MUCH worse. I wisely declined the third attempt at hacking at my hair. Incredibly upset, was not offered A SINGLE DIME back. no refund?? Fine, no returns EVER. Don't settle for this place, there are others who wouldn't have allowed this (or at the very least provided SOME kind of refund) Shameful customer service, shame on the owner for "fixing" my hair & then allowing me to leave in tears.
Poor, very disappointed with this salon. Basic text book hairdressing procedures ignored for example root color should always be applied first THEN highlights, never at the same time! AND blow dry should leave hair dry not damp!

I couldn't disagree more. I've been going to this salon since it first opened, I find the girls very professional. Keep in mind that the young girls are dating so why would they not be able to share that?
Well, i dont think they are totally as professional as the try to come across. Young girls talking about their dates, and totally childish talk. Even the owner swears and does not take into account that as a senior we may not enjoy that.
